Referee Scheduler

  1.  Login to the Referee Schedule above
  2.  Enter the search criteria for the games you wish to view
  3.  Sign up for a game that has an opening
  4.  Choose search parameters such as Division, Date, Game Time and Location

    Example:
    To find the available U10 Boys games on Nov 10, 2007.
    In the Division box, highlight U10B.
    In the Date box, select Nov 10, 2007.
    In the SHOW box, select ALL RECORDS (This will show both open and taken games).
    Click on View Records.
Names are color coded to indicate the scheduling status:
BLUE = Game requests that are PENDING approval
BLACK = Scheduled and approved by the Referee Administrator

Searching for more than one category
Example:
To show all the U10 boys and girls games,  select multiple categories by holding down the CTRL-key while clicking on the category names.

Searching for multiple dates, game times, or locations
In the selection box, a straight line means show me all records.  Next to the date, game time, and location choices are modifier boxes.  The default is off, but the drop down can be used to select  >  or  <.  To display games that are at 11:00 AM or earlier, click on 11:20 AM in the time box and then < in the modifier box.  The modifier is "less than" not "less than or equal to".  That is why the next greater time must be chosen.
